4.5 Dormant Accounts. 9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jljlh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 jljlh's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jljlh does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jljlh's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent jljlh from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
13.1 jljlh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jljlh will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jljlh platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
